Proper musician. Without Russel, Gorillaz couldn't survive: he's the safety net, the linebacker, the true defender. Women love his solid safety, men his solid credentials.

Multiple trainer owner. Likes to eat.

Russ, particular aspects: The ghostes of his dead friends live inside him, making his eyes spooky white!
When Russ falls asleep, the rapper ghost Funky Del comes out from his head and usually he starts singing cool funky songs (among Rock the House and Clint Eastwood).
Russel's got an evil duck tatoo on the right arm.

• I really would like they would work a little more on Russel personality. I mean, all the lights are always on TwoD and Muds and I really think that Russ should have his part of glory, too! I like thinking to him like a good big guy, who knows how to make the others respect him, when necessary! • Well did you ever notice....  Russel is the most  left out of the band and what I mean by this is... He doesnt  have alot of pictures of him by himself like Murdoc or 2D ! Even Noodle has pics of her self but you rarely see any of him Thats why I like him hes not so open but you always like to wonder about him when he bangs his drums loud behind everyone else! Oh and do you ever wonder what it would be like to hug him? He'd probably be very very squeeshy and squashy he he he! Oh well! Not only Murdoc 2D and Noodle but Hail That big ol Lovable Russel!!!!!!! • He must be very hugable theres very much to hug. imean think about it the bigger the guy is more to hug! Nobody really pays that much mind to the loveable russ everyones too busy being obbssed with 2d or murdoc to give russ any love. if it was not for russ(del and the other ghosts that live in his head too) gorillaz would never be the way they are now. i love russ and I think he deserves more attion then he gets. hail the fluffy one (Requiem)
